Koen Timperman

• Studies
  After his "classics" formation (Latin/Greek), Koen obtained a Bachelor's degree in clinical psychology. He continued his studies at the Catholic University of Leuven and became a Master in Theoretical end Experimental Psychology. During his military service (1992) Koen followed Traffic Engineering (Catholic University of Leuven). [Studying didn't stop in 1992.]
• Personal
  Koen was born in 1966 and is married to Katrijn Provoost (1992) and has three kids: Aaron (°1996), Luna (°1998) and Zeno (°2001). In 1992 (till mid 1993) Koen moved to Reading (UK), where his wife studied Mediaevel & Shakespearian History at reading University, where he had ample time to study database architecture and work out in the Reading University Swim Team. Spare time is allocated to badminton, play squash, skeelering, English literature, being president of Freinetschool "De Vier Tuinen" and self-study.
• Professional
  Koen started his professional carreer in 1993 as junior research consultant at MarketResponse Int. Belgium. From 1993 till 1996, Koen managed quantitative projects & accounts for various multinationals (e.g.: British American Tobacco, Volvo Cars, Master Foods, Unilever, ...).
  In May 1996, Koen became an independent consultant an started iii bvba, a company specialised in data mining. In close consideration with his previous employer, Koen serviced the same accounts as before. iii bvba became the exclusive licencesed distibutor of Information Tools Ltd. (Auckland, New Zealand).
  In 2000, Koen co-founded Compagnie NV, after a management buy out from Market Response International. In 2002, this proved not to have been a satisfactory choice. Hence, in 2004, Koen (iii bvba) joined forces with Arie Delanote and started a new company: made4it NV.

Arie Delanote

• Studies
  Arie obtained a Master degree in Applied Economical Sciences, at the University of Ghent in 1995. During his professional carreer he also became Accounting Applications Specialist; Certified by Great Plains University of North Dakota; USA; 1998. In 1999 he followed a Strategic Selling, ‘trainer’ course; and was certified by DCA International; London; UK. Arie also followed several Marketing and Management courses.
• Personal
  Arie Delanote was born in 1971, is married to Marieke (since 1996) and has 2 children, Jules (° 1999) and Rune (° 2001).
• Professional
  In his professional carreer of about 10 years (1995 – 2004) as an employee of Bank Van Breda NV (1995 – 1998), Systems Advisers Ltd (1998 – 2001) and Isabel NV (2001 – 2004), Arie gathers a wide experience in various consulting, marketing and business development positions in both the Banking as the IT solutions sector. In 2004, Arie joined forces with Koen Timperman, to start Made4it NV.

Kim Anderson

• Studies
  Kim obtained a Bachelor degree in ‘Electrical Engineering’ in 1989, and a second Bachelor degree in ‘Mathematical Statistics’ in 1990.
  Afterwards Kim obtained amongst others the following degrees: Accounting, Database Systems, Networking Systems, Computer Programming, Spreadsheets, MS Access, Linux Systems, Desktop Publishing, Computer Security, Communication Software, Open source Development, MS 2000 Server, MS Exchange Server
• Personal
  Kim was born in 1967, is living together with Ann, and they have a little boy called Nelis (°2005)
• Professional
  Kim started as Process Engineer with Delta Motor Corporation SA (General Motors) from 1990 to 1991. After that he was Analytical Engineer with SABS/BSI (Research) from 1991/95. Between 1998 and 1999 Kim worked as technical consultant for Swift (Write Consultants) and Orion Computer Services (1999 – 2002). In 2001 Kim became an independent consultant, and since 2004 Kim is Technical Director in Made4it NV.
