Our Target customers have the following needs:
Market Research specific needs:
- There is a need to do market research, but our customers or partners are not sure how to best start this process, or would like to have advise if their research plans are sound enough and will obtain company goals in the best possible way (do we have a good research design? Are we using the best possible data collection methodology? Is our target sample and/or results statistically sound? Will we be sure of getting all the information we need? Do we work cost effective? Can we speed up the process of getting results? ...)
- Our customers or partners want to implement online, telephone or paperbased surveys, but do not have the tools, specific technical know how or resources to execute and manage the data collection process.
- Market researches are planned, or have been executed, and now customers or partners would like to get as much as possible value from this investment by applying the best of bread information retreaval and analysis on captured data. Budget for analysis and staff skills do not allow for specialized statistical and tabulation tools or for BI tools and platforms, but quality of information and analysis that is required is high.
- Company senior managers often haven't got the time to work with research data. They can see what is happening in the market, but would like to know more about why and what to do about it. These companies do not do a lot of research, it has a low priority, because it is found to be expensive and not that useful.
- • Data analysis is rather technical and complex. Our target customers or research partners can use the support of research experts to help interpret data and information before they can make better decisions from it.
Business Intelligence Specific needs
- Plenty of data and some analysts.
- Lots of data, but difficult bringing it all together into one consistent and simple way.
- It takes time for our target customers to get the information they really need, when they need it.
- Target customers obtain and distribute lots of market reports throughout their organisation, but are not sure how they are used. Information from market research, customer and sales data could be more accessible in the organisation.
- Our target customers would want to structure and automate their information flow more via the set-up of Management Information Systems or Data warehouses.
