
In November 2003, Information Tools was awarded the Technology effectiveness award from MRS and ASC.
The inaugural award was sponsored by the Association of Survey Computing and the UK Market Research Society)
The award was for outstanding innovation in the application of software or technology for market, opinion and social research, which had directly achieved a demonstrable improvement in the effectiveness of actual research delivered. The award followed a lengthy selection process involving entries from software developers from around the world.
The award citation from the judges was as follows:
“Harmoni is an outstanding software application that is allowing marketers to gain powerful, actionable insights from research data in the context of all their information assets. More than any other entry, it demonstrated great effectiveness in improving the impact of research for a wide audience of research customers”
